Which challenges can transition coaching help overcome?
When you’ve put everything into getting there, admitting you need help can feel strange. Actually, it’s perfectly normal. We’re all a work in progress, never the finished article.
I’ve already helped many leaders unravel the complexities of transitioning into a new role. Here are just a few of the most common issues:
You worry about letting people down. Are you good enough for the job?
You’ve been promoted to partner. You’re not sure what’s expected of you.
You’re struggling to let go of your old role.
You’ve got there, but it’s not what you expected… or hoped for.
You’re one amongst many senior leaders. It’s like starting all over again.
What sort of leader should you be? You’re unsure about your leadership style.
This is a confidential space. You can be honest and open with no risk of judgement — and if you’re not sure how you feel, that’s fine. I’ll ask the right questions so we’ll quickly get to the heart of the matter.

How transition coaching works
The transition coaching process is constructive, positive and driven by objectives which we set together.
It’s about getting clarity on where you are now, where you’d like to be, the obstacles in the road, and the best ways to overcome them.
I ask questions, listen carefully, reflect back and gently challenge negative assumptions or limiting beliefs.
In the process, you’ll probably learn new things about yourself and over time, you’ll start to find your own answers. Some of them may surprise you.
Pay as you go, or choose between packages of 3 or 6 sessions. There’s usually about a month between them — enough time to practise new ways of doing things — although this isn’t set in stone. It can be longer or shorter.
It always starts with a conversation so call me on 07778 482 400. If you’d prefer to send a message, just hit the big button below.
