Which issues can career coaching help solve?
People come to career coaching for many different underlying reasons. Here are some of the most common:
You’re drifting through your working week. There’s no clear direction forward.
You’re considering promotion but lack confidence.
You’ve lost your mojo at work. You feel stuck.
You like your job, but there’s a more satisfying career out there somewhere.
Your skills and experience could be put to better use. Where? And how?
If you’re not sure what’s causing the problem, or even how you feel about it, don’t worry. I’ll ask the right questions so we’ll quickly get to the heart of the matter.

How career coaching works
You’ll be encouraged to be completely honest. It’s a confidential space so you can speak freely.
Over a series of one-to-one sessions, I ask thoughtful questions to provide a fresh perspective on who you are. It’s a chance to see new connections, fresh opportunities, — and, not least, positive aspects of yourself which may surprise you.
I also keep you accountable so you stay on track. You’ll be gently challenged about negative or self-limited beliefs, and supported through any fears or uncertainties.
I don’t tell you what to do. Instead, I help you get to the core of what makes you tick and the value you bring to others. Over time, the answers start clicking into place.
The process gives you insights which are difficult to see on your own. It’s a unique opportunity to discover how to close the gap between the current reality and your full potential.
It all starts with a conversation to see how we get on. Call me on 07778 482 400 or if you’d prefer to send a message, just hit the big button below.
