How executive coaching works
Talk to me about what’s happening right now. I’m guessing you’d like things to change — although if you can’t decide what change looks like, that’s fine. We’ll get to the bottom of it.
Once we’ve identified your ideal destination, we’ll look at the obstacles in the road.
Sometimes, the sticking point isn’t what you expect. Occasionally ,it’s a complete revelation. During our sessions, we think through the best options for overcoming it.
The whole process is constructive, considered and pragmatic. It’s a series of achievable steps, not a huge leap into the unknown. It’s not always easy, although when I challenge you, I’ll do this from a place of empathy and warmth.
